make available to third parties any type of information, element or content
deemed to be illegal or unfair publicity.
** Not to send unsolicited or
unauthorised publicity, advertising material, “junk mail”, “chain letters”,
“pyramid structures”, or any other form of announcement, except in those areas
(such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively designed for this.
** Not to pass oneself off as
other users using their passwords or access codes to the various services and/or

Intellectual
and industrial property

new services shall be subject to the present conditions of use.
Exclusion
of guarantees
CVC DATASOFT S.L. does not

through the service. In addition, CVC DATASOFT S.L. shall not be held responsible
for the damages and harm incurred due to inadequacy for any purpose and the non
realisation of the expectations generated by the contents.
In general terms, CVC DATASOFT
S.L. notifies the user that the information obtained through the service is
provided solely and exclusively with an informative character, and said
information is not sufficient basis for undertaking financial operations of any
nature.
CVC DATASOFT S.L. shall not be
held responsible for the decisions of any nature adopted by the user on the

Responsibility
for conduct of the users
The client recognises and
accepts that the use of the contents and/or services offered by the www.pairstrading.net
website shall be at his sole risk and/or responsibility. Consequently, CVC
DATASOFT S.L. will not be held responsible for:

to third parties arising from the use of the services and contents of the

CVC DATASOFT S.L. shall not be

other intellectual or industrial property right. The user will be held
responsible for the damages and harm of any nature that CVC DATASOFT S.L. or
its suppliers or entities with which it has a collaboration agreement may
suffer as a result of failure to comply with these general conditions of use.
Notwithstanding the above,
should CVC DATASOFT S.L. or any of the others be required to pay any settlement
for failure to comply with any item in the above paragraph, the user shall
reimburse CVC DATASOFT S.L. the amount paid for said purpose in a period of 60
calendar days from the date of notification by CVC DATASOFT S.L.
Right
of exclusion
CVC DATASOFT S.L. reserves the
right to deny or restrict access to the www.pairstrading.net website and/or the
services offered, without the need to give prior notification on its own
volition or at the request of a third party, to those users that do not comply
with the present General Conditions of Use and/or the specific conditions of
use that may be applicable.
Duration
and Termination

any other alternative, shall submit any controversy that may arise from the
